[robocup-small] About deadline for ETDP

Dear OC members

We try to prepare a perfect document as Extended TDP for SSL2011RoboCup world 
cup. But now we are engaged in Iran open competitions and it may influence on 
the quality of our paper. I want to ask you to extend the deadline at least to 
15th of April. I think with this manner, Half of teams which should write ETDP 
(SKUBA, MRL, ERFORCE and IMMORTAL) and will participate in Iran open have enough 
time. Additionally, the experience of this competitions may elevate the quality 
of ETDP too.
