[robocup-small] plug type

[Xiong Rong]

Hi, all
         The ¡°type A¡± and ¡°type I¡± plugs are widely used in China. Most hotels provide these two type of plugs. The voltage we used is 220V with 50Hz, maybe you need a  convertor to make your equipment available. The organizer won¡¯t supply it for teams.
