[robocup-small] Fw: hotel reservation system will close very soon!

Hi,

This is to inform that the on-line hotel reservation system on

http://test.2600.cn/hotel/yd_e.asp 

will close on June 4. Please also note that the confirmation of hotel reservation
and the flight ticket are necessary for the application of L-visa (tourist visa).
In addition, it will take much longer to issue type 2 letters which is needed for
applying F-visas (business visas). Please apply for visas as soon as possible, if
you do not want to miss the event!
