Here is the list of teams for which I have received pre-registration 
information.  If you pre-registered, but your team does not appear 
below, please re-send the email.

To the other teams, there are only nine days left for pre-registration, 
so please do it soon.  There is no commitment from pre-registration. 
However if you do not pre-register, you will not be able to register 
later.  Also, if some of the requested information hasn't been 
determined yet, don't let that prevent you from pre-registering; You can 
just send in whatever preliminary information you have now, and update 
it later.
