[robocup-small] New SSL web site

Hi RoboCuppers!

The RoboCup Small Size League web site has been redesigned and moved to 
a new place:

http://small-size.informatik.uni-bremen.de

Many thanks to Brett Browning for maintaining the web site during the 
past years as well as to Armin Burchardt for setting up this new site.

The site is based on a wiki web. The content will be kept up-to-date by 
the current SSL organizing, technical, and exec committee members.
