[robocup-small] Schedule for RoboCup 2006

Hi RoboCuppers,

the schedule for RoboCup 2006 has been updated since the days for team 
setup have been missing. There will be at least two days (June 12th and 
June 13th) for setup. There might be a third day (June 11th), but that 
is highly uncertain.

PS: Yes, according to this schedule, the "Notification of Qualification" 
should have been done :-( This will be done very soon. Sorry for this delay.
