2005 RoboCup Organizing committee askes the teams for submitting the 
shipping form as follows,

FOR ALL TEAMs:
We are getting closer to the opening of RoboCup 2005 Osaka! Please read the
following shipping instruction below carefully and provide us the all
required information on the form about your shipping condition via email to
RoboCup 2005 Osaka Committee(maito: shipping at robocup2005.jp) by June 6,
2005. This information is very important to avoid any unnecessary delay and
expense. Thank you.
