Dear Montri,
You'd better look at the Basler 301fc with 80 Hz
(fps)- no need to have Capture card at 640*480 and SDK
in C/C++ for XP(< 1750$).
Also you can read the Team Description Paper for the
best teams in SSL like Cornell, Roboroos, FUfighter
and etc.
