Just to clarify, the rule for 2004 was written so that there must be
clear seperation between the dribbler and the ball before it can be
retouched. So you cannot just turn off the dribbler and the drive around
the field. It may not have been effectively enforced, but that is a
seperate problem.

As of next year, I do not beleive there will be any leagues that have
walls. If the AIBOs and MSL can handle walls we certainly should be able to.
