[robocup-nao] Naova Team announce code usage for the Robocup 2019

Dear Robocup 2019 Standard Platform League Teams,

In accordance to the terms and conditions of the B-Human code release
licence (https://github.com/bhuman/BHumanCodeRelease/blob/master/License.md),
the Naova team would like to annouce the use of part of the B-Human 2017
code release.

The following parts are original code of the Naova Team :

   - Virtual Robot Control (Dynamic Controller)
   - Q-Learning

The following parts are modifications of the original B-Human code :

   - Walking
   - Behaviors
   - Communication

Naova Team wish to thank B-Human for their code release and contribution to
the Standard Platform League.
