[robocup-nao] Announcement of intent to use code based on B-Human 2018

Dear SPL Robocup Community!

Our team Starkit and the team SPQR formed a mixed team SPQR-Starkit for
Robocup 2019!
We have the intent to use SPQR team code for V6 robot that is based on
B-Human 2018 to increase our chances to prepare well.

We want to announce it as it is mentioned in B-Human license:

5. For each B-Human code release from which parts are used in a
RoboCup competition, the usage shall be announced in the SPL
mailing list (currently robocup-nao at cc.gatech.edu) one month
before the first competition in which you are using it.
