[robocup-nao] Bembelbots announcing Nao-Team HTWK code usage

Dear fellow SPL teams,

in accordance with the licensing terms, team Bembelbots hereby 
announces,
that we will be using Nao-Team HTWK's HTWKVision 2017 release at Robocup 
2018.

Our changes to the HTWKVision framework include:
- our own ball classifier
- field corner detection
- different line detection algorithm for bottom cam (in development)

We would like to thank our friends from Nao-Team HTWK for their 
contributions.
