[robocup-nao] Team Communication Monitor Logs

Hi,

I have uploaded the Team Communication Monitor logs that were stored on the GameController PCs at RoboCup 2016 to the Results page. Unfortunately, they only cover approximately half of the regular games and all but two Drop-in games.

Please note that the TCM stores the complete UDP packets communicated between the ports 10001 and 10100. So it is still possible to write a plugin for the TCM and to recover the data part of the messages your robots sent.
