[robocup-nao] UT Austin Villa announces B-Human and UNSW code usage for RoboCup 2016

Dear all,

According to the terms of both the B-Human and UNSW code release licenses,
we would like to announce the use of the walk engine from the UNSW 2014
code release, the goalie squat and subsequent get-up from UNSW 2015 code
release, the get-up from the B-Human 2014 code release, and the geometry
utilities from the B-Human 2011 code release by the UT Austin Villa team at
the RoboCup 2016 competition in Leipzig.

The walk engine, goalie squat, get-ups, and geometry utilities are all
incorporated into a codebase that is otherwise fully original to the UT
Austin Villa team.  In particular, the following areas are original code:
- Vision
- Localization
- Team coordination
- Behavior
- Motion primitives (besides goalie squat and get-ups)

UT Austin Villa thanks both UNSW and B-Human for their code releases.
