[robocup-nao] SPQR Team announce B-Human code usage for RoboCup 2016

Dear All,

The SPQR Team would like to announce the use of the B-Human code according
to their code release license.
In particular, the following parts are original of the SPQR Team:
- Vision
- Team coordination
- Data fusion
- Behaviors
- Motion primitives (besides get-ups)
- Adaptive network module based on network load

The following parts are modifications of the original B-Human code:
- Walk engine
- Localization
- Overall network (except for the changes listed above)

We would like to thank the B-Human Team for sharing their efforts.
