[robocup-nao] SPL technical challenges for 2011

Hi Tekin,

Here are some ideas. We have omitted details at this stage, but can contribute to a final specification if help is required. 

A short range passing challenge where the receiving robot has to catch the ball between its feet and kick it back to the receiving robot to catch.
A ball throw-in challenge would be a good idea. Several team attempted this last year with mixed success. 
Keep the open challenge - stimulates creativity. 
Localisation challenge for a blindfolded robot.
Backward-kick challenge - scored on distance ball travels.
Black and white ball challenge - ie kick B&W ball into goal
