[robocup-msrs] Robudog Movements

Hello.

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the legmvt0.xml file while the
simulation is running, and making that affect imediately the leg movements
of the robudog. Is there a wy to reload it?

We'll be testing different movements and it'll be really hard if every time
we change a movement in the file we have to restart the simulation.
