[robocup-msrs] New version

Hi again Andrew,

the SimpleRobuDOGSoccerPlayer is a project that you need to build
yourself. I don't remember if we've put a pre-compiled version on the Wiki
but I don't think so (only sources). Those DLLs don't come with the
robuDOG Soccer Simulation.
