I think you just need to rebuild your simplerobudogsoccerplayer service.

I just tried to install the MSRS and the new RobuDog simulator on a new Vista laptop and I ran into this error when running the manifest you specified:

Do you have any advice on what I may be doing wrong?

the changelog:

- Added an "emergency stop" to reset the dog's state if it's stuck (code+HMI)
- The manifest used is now
SimulatedSoccer.RobuDog.FourRobuDOGPlayers.Manifest.xml
- The HMI is now started with the manifest, so you can comment it if you
don't want to use it.
- The goals are now taller than the old ones

We're currently finishing the real robuDOG, I hope we'll be able to show
you a demo soon.
