[robocup-msrs] New version

Hello Nicolas,
I just tried to install the MSRS and the new RobuDog simulator on a new
Vista laptop and I ran into this error when running the manifest you
specified:

The HMI and simulator screen appear and the ball and dogs briefly appear but
appear to drop down and out of sight.

Do you have any advice on what I may be doing wrong?
