[robocup-msrs] New version of the robuDOG Simulation

major changes :
        - Vista compatible, thanks to Kyle's support
        - a simple soccer player for the dog (see section 5) : it allows the
competitors to easily control the dogs and send them command
sequences like "Walk then Kick", or "Sit, stand and Kick". The
control of the camera (pan/tilt but still without head motions) is
also included
