[robocup-legged] New robot in the Standard Platform League

Dear Thomas and 2008 Committee:

I am glad to hear that this league is moving forward with a new humanoid platform.

Since there was a question about technical specifications, I am attaching a document sent to me a 
few days ago by Fabien Bardinet of Aldebaran Robotics with the details of the RoboCup Nao. Hopefully 
this info will help everybody.

Regarding Andrew's questions, VAT is Value Added Tax, so basically the price figures are before tax, 
and VAT can be as high as 20%. Also, I don't think there is a typo in the RoboCup package offer. 
Indeed, in Aldebaran's presentation during RoboCup 2007, it was mentioned that each robot will cost 
2750 Euros for RoboCup teams.

Finally, I am not sure where to send the "intent to participate", but our team (Kouretes) is 
certainly interested.
