[robocup-legged] New robot in the Standard Platform League

I hope Aldebaran will upload a description soon.

It's a Geode LX800 processor with 500 MHz and 512 MB of RAM. There is WLAN,
USB and an Ethernet port. The camera has 640x480 at 30Hz. There is a picture on
their website ("project Nao"), but the RoboCup Nao will provide a little
less functionality (only 21 DOF, less sensors in the head).
