The situation is even worse.
It is not only the challenges.
The complete rule book of the 4LL for RoboCup 2007 is not out yet.
It is therefore not clear which changes will finally be applied to the 
rules of 2006 besides the almost decided new goal layout.
(What abou the new beacons, new playing rules, etc. ???).

I think all teams are eagerly waiting for the Technical Committee to shed 
binding light onto the rules really soon.
