[robocup-legged] challenges?

All,
Maybe I have missed something completely, but I cannot find any 
information about the challenges this year. Are they not defined yet? 
Other years they were known by December already. If we want to make some 
last progress it would be nice to have them SOON. Can anyone enlighten me?
