[robocup-legged] Teams page

Dear RoboCuppers,

a new page listing all qualified teams
(http://www.tzi.de/4legged/bin/view/Website/Teams2006) was added to the
4-legged website. Please check the information on your team. Apparently, two
new teams are missing, because they did not sent any information (Microsoft
Hellhounds and TJ-Ark), and I also got no e-mail from SPQR, so it is still
SPQR+Sicilia. So please send the missing information ASAP.
