[robocup-legged] Rules Clarification Passing Challenge

Hi!

The scoring in Passing Challenge is as follows:

3 pts For each successful pass between two robots that did not just pass
between each other.
1 pt For a successful ‘return’ pass.
0.5 pt For a partially successful pass.

What is the score for the first pass and what is it for a pass after the
ball left the field and is replaced?
Literally the rules say, that the first pass should count 3 points.
I guess that's not the intention.

Example: One team plays the first pass as partially successful and then 2
return passes. Score: 2,5pts
Another team only manages to play one successful pass: Score: 3 pts

I would like to motivate a change in the rules as follows:

0.5 pt For a partially successful pass.
1 pt For a successful pass.
3 pts For a successful non "return" pass, right after a successful pass
receiving.

That would clarify, that the first pass only counts 1pt and it's not
possible to score 3 pts after the ball left the field.
