[robocup-legged] Registration

Hi,

so far, the following qualified teams have not registered yet:

- ARAIBO
- CMDash

Please note that registration after April 15, 2006 will cause more expenses
due to late payment and delayed organisation. Therefore, an additional fee
of 60 Euros per team for all teams which are not registered until April 21,
2006 will be charged.

I can also confirm that the following teams have registered only for
participating in the challenges:

- Dutch Aibo Team
- ISocRob-4LL
- Kouretes
- sharPKUngfu
- TsinghuaHephaestus

Please note that the registration fee must be paid until May 15, otherwise
your registration is not valid.
