[robocup-humanoid] Survey on alternative scenarios for running Humanoid League competitions in 2021 -- RSVP by Nov. 29th

Dear Humanoid Teams,

As stated in our previous e-mail, it may be possible that we need to set up an alternative scenario for running the Humanoid League in 2021 due to the covid-19 situation. After collecting initial ideas on how to conduct a tournament with (a) a reduced physical setup in Bordeaux, (b) a hybrid setup with some teams participating in Bordeaux and others participating virtually and (c) a fully virtual setup, we would now like to understand which of the proposals are preferred by the teams in the humanoid league.

The deadline for voting is *Sunday, 29th of November midnight PST.*
To ensure that every team only votes once, we ask you to provide your team name in the beginning of the survey. The results will, however, be published anonymously.

Any team can participate in the survey, even if you have not previously been qualified for RoboCup 2021!

Please consider the options carefully before responding. Any hybrid or virtual setup will require a considerable amount of resources to set up, so please only mark interest in such an event if it seems likely your team would actually participate in it.

After receiving the results from the survey, we will work together with the Trustees to ensure we can take a final decision about the type of event we will be able to run in 2021 as fast as possible.
