[robocup-humanoid] Roadmap Poll

Dear RoboCuppers from Humanoid League,

As it was mentioned during last RoboCup, one of the task for the 
technical committee of the league this year is to update the RoadMap.

After a first round of discussion at IROS this year and internal 
discussions inside the TC, we would like to ask the opinion of all the 
teams participating to the league.

only one answer per team should  be provided, teams participating to 
multiple leagues can answer once per league, deadline for participation 
will be on November 18th.
