Dear organizers of Humanoid League,

Our team from University of Toronto is aiming to participate in the
competitions for the first time in the kid-size humanoid league in RoboCup
2018.

Looking at the past years deadlines and deliverables, we are not clear on
how much change we can apply to our robots once we submit our TDP, specs
and video of robots since we have approximately 6 months until the
competition itself.

In addition, since this is our first time, we have to start from scratch.
Therefore, we don't know at what stage our robots should be when we submit
materials for qualification. Does it suffice that our robots can perform
the desired tasks in the video and afterwards we continue improving our
design until the competition?

We would also like to know when the deadlines for 2018 competitions will be
announced, or at least when approximately the deadlines will be fro the
upcoming year.

Any clarification is appreciated and would significantly help us to better
plan and prepare for the 2018 competition.

Regards,
