[robocup-humanoid] Discussion re. Roadmap at RoboCup 2015

Hi,

this is to announce that the TC is planning to hold a discussion about the
road map of the humanoid league.

The roadmap lists the intermediate stepping stones towards reaching the end
goal of 2050 - beating the human world champion. It lists that should be
achieved in 5 year intervals. Therefore, the roadmap strongly influences
the direction of rule discussion every year.

2015 is one of the milestone years of the roadmap and the TC feels that it
is a good opportunity to present and discuss the roadmap with participants
of the humanoid league.

Therefore, we are planning on using some time during the team leader
meetings at RoboCup 2015 to present and discuss the roadmap - especially
going forward towards 2020 and 2025. Please familiarize yourself with the
roadmap document (

before the meeting.

Furthermore, teams that are unable to attend RoboCup 2015 are encouraged to
submit their ideas for the roadmap via email to the mailing list.
