[robocup-humanoid] Survey on rule changes in the Humanoid League

Dear Humanoid League teams,

during the team leader meetings at RoboCup 2013 in Mexico City, a
number of significant rule changes have been discussed. In order to
make final decisions regarding field size as well as goal and ball
color as soon as possible, the Technical Committee has created a
survey. The goal of the survey is to get an overview of the state of
the league, as well as feedback regarding the rule changes planned for
2013.

All kid, teen and adult size teams that have participated in a RoboCup
or a RoboCup Open competition, or plan to participate in RoboCup 2013,
are invited to fill out this survey by
