[robocup-humanoid] Important: RoboCup 2011 Release Forms (fwd)

Dear HL Teams,

For on-site registration in Istanbul all team members must submit a signed 
form. The information was just announced.

To speed up the time needed for on-site registration it is 
recommended that each team leader brings all forms printed and signed by 
his/her team members when registering on-site.
