[robocup-humanoid] RoboCup GameController

Dear Humanoid League Teams,

thank you for sending several new and updated logos.

I have packaged the current version of the RoboCup GameController.
You can download it from the website https://sourceforge.net/projects/robocupgc/

The start scripts are configured to pass "-hlkid" for the Humanoid KidSize League as a default.
But you can easily change them for the other leagues ("-hlteen", "-spl").
