[robocup-humanoid] Rule for 2011?

I remember very well you saying goodbye to the Humanoid League
in the last team leader meeting last year in Singapore ...

So, welcome back!
We are now waiting for your new team to join the HL ...

I am not sure what you are remembering.
In the last 3 to 4 years the procedure has always been the following:
- Discussion of main rule changes in team leader meeting
   during RoboCup in summer,
- Announcement of the discussed rule changes in fall,
- Discussion on the mailing list until the end of the year,
- Shaping everything in the written rule papwerwork early in the
   following year.

There has never before been a written rule draft with all new details
been out in October.
