[robocup-humanoid] About the field of view of robot

Excuse me,
 I have a question about the field of view of robot.

If our robot's camera use "Omni camera(360 degrees)" but we use black pigment to cover the half of the heild of view.So the field of view of robot become 180 degrees.

Is it compliant the rule of robocup2010?
