[robocup-humanoid] [1] Rule Suggestion: READY-SET-PLAY

Suggestion: READY-SET-PLAY commands and a manual start device that has 10
seconds delay.

 

We would like to suggest using commands according to Referee Box, as proved
in 2009 at Graz and Hannover German Open.

Please find a modified version of chapter 8.2.3 attached.

 

Also we suggest adding a rule that all teams must use manual start devices
that have a 10 seconds delay. So the robot handler has enough time to leave
the field before play signal. In case of wireless problems even game
controller teams should have this feature.

In the attached file you will find a modified version of chapter 8.2.5 and
sanctions in chapter 8.2.7.

 

We also like to clarify whether robots are allowed to move in set state. We
suggest “no” and added chapter 8.2.6 to the attached file.
