[robocup-humanoid] Question about throw in challenge

To my interpretation it should be allowed what is allowed
for human players according to FIFA rules.
Please note that in case of doubts or uncertainties
the HL rules refer to the FIFA rules in general.

Same answer as above.

Please note that we have planned and announced a team leader meeting
for Monday, June 28, starting at 5pm for the drawing of round robin groups 
and also for discussion and decision of open or unclear points in the 
rules.
