[robocup-humanoid] Rules 2009: Final Version

Dear Members of the RoboCup Humanoid League,

The final version of the rules for 2009 is now available for download at
	http://www.tzi.de/humanoid/bin/view/Website/Downloads
There is also a version available where the changes compared to 2008
are highlighted.

Aftern an intensive discussion the TC members decided to select
the throw-in challenge as part A of this year's technical challenge.

Within the team leader meetings during RoboCup 2009 in Graz we will have 
to discuss the rule evolution for 2010 for games and technical challenge.
