Dear HL Teams Qualified for RoboCup 2009,

On March 18, 2009, two mails have been sent to the email addresses
of the team leaders of the qualified teams regarding
"Registration information" (including registration code!) and "Visa &
Customs".

Please check carefully if you have obtained this information.

If you do not have received it please contact Wolfgang Werth
immediately at
	W.Werth_AT_fh-kaernten.at

Please note that to apply for the reduced early registration fee
	http://www.robocup2009.org/120-0-register.html
your team must have registered _and_ have transfered the registration
cost not later than April 17!

Please note that to apply for visa
	http://www.robocup2009.org/124-0-visa.html
you must _first_ complete the registration of your team.

With best regards,
Oskar von Stryk

P.S.
Please note that the online registration system is a bit confusing
about the registration of the team leader:

> ------------------------------------------------------------------

> and students need to register individually, but they can do so only

It may be confusing that at the online registration system when a senior
team is registered then behind
the contact person of the team (team leader) "primary attendee" appears
and this entry also is counted as "person" in the sum of all entries.

However, this impression that the team leader's registration may be
included already is _not_ true.
The team leader must be registered independently from the team
registration as an individual person,
either as "faculty/staff" or as "senior student" depending on his/her
status.
