Dear Execs,

As in previous years, we would like to continue the roadmap discussion at
the RoboCup 2008 in Suzhou, which has been scheduled on 18th July 2008.
Since we have quite a number of leagues, each presentation should be short
and precise.

Could you please start discussion and preparation for your league?

Main topics of the presentations could be (based on the announcement at
RoboCup 2007 by Hans-Dieter):

- for soccer leagues: what is the contribution to the 2050 goal
for other leagues: what makes your league appealing
- what are the scientific contributions
(statistics of publications/results, expected results)
- what will you show in about 5 years
- how do you reduce the expenses for the organization of events


We would appreciate it if you could
- discuss with your TC and OC members
- prepare a poster to be shown at your league area and at the poster
session of the symposium
- prepare a very short presentation for the symposium (5 mins at most)
