As questions have arised we would like to clarify that the
version of the rules posted on April 13 is exactly the version
which has been posted on January 13 at
 	http://lists.cc.gatech.edu/pipermail/robocup-humanoid/2008/000321.html
but

- without underlying background colors in the text highlighting the
 	changes to previous versions and

- plus one more sentence in 4.3/2. on page 7 of the rule book
 	to clarify the location of external sensors like
 	cameras and microphones:
 	"They must be placed in the robot's head and above any neck joint."
