[robocup-humanoid] Question about wireless commnication at HL2008

Hi,

We have talked about the WLAN only on last week, how about other kinds 
of wireless communication? Can we use RF communication which the center 
frequncy is 433MHz, 434MHz, 245MHz, 1.2GHz, 2.4GHz, or 5.0GHz ?

If those are allowed to use, how do HL manages the utilization of those 
band?
