[robocup-humanoid] Standard platform league

Hi everyone,

I ran into this the other day

I am still not sure what is the real purpose of the standard platform
league. If the robot that will be used in the league will be of humanoid
type with on board vision then why not let them compete in the Humanoid
league. Or....if you guys really want to establish this new league, it is
fine to have your own league but plase also send one team, says, from the
creator of this standard robot to play in the HL to gauge the comparative
performance.
