[robocup-humanoid] Official ball for RoboCup 2008

Dear All,

I have also tested the kick with tennis ball and it is more or less can be
summarized as what Jacky did. I must add that our CMUCAM can track the
orange color tennis ball ok so I assume that robots with even better
vision than CMUCAM should have no problem tracking. Also there is no
reflection at the ball surface like the old ball, which is good.
