[robocup-humanoid] Official ball for RoboCup 2008

Hi,

the final decision has not been taken yet until we hear more reports from
teams that have tested a tennis ball with their robots.

We have done some tests and I think an orange tennis ball would be much
better than the current ball for several reasons
1.) Much easier to get
2.) Heavier, therefore makes kicking more difficult. Teams will probably not
be able to score form their own goal line anymore.
3.) Moves in a straighter line
4.) Body slam kicks and flukes with the robot falling on the ball will be
less effective (Not tested yet).
