[mlpack] GSoC 2013 Report - July 15, 2013

Hello everyone.

As a part of Google Summer of Code 2013, I'm working on automatic benchmarking of mlpack methods. It has been one month and one week since I started working, and I would like to share with the community of the work I've been doing on the last week.

The last week, I've completed the benchmark scripts for the competing libraries. We can now compare the different libraries. Some algorithm aren't available in any other comparable libraries, so we can only compare different version of the same method. Additionally, I've updated the 'small_config.yaml' file to test the benchmark scripts with small datasets so we didn't have to wait hours to get initial results.
