You are not giving me the output of CMake.  If I cannot see what is being linked against I cannot help.  When you type `-L/usr/lib64/atlas` into your CMake command this makes no difference (as CMake is telling you in its output!).  Although I can tell you what is going on here and try and help you, I highly suggest you spend a long time learning about how linkers and compilers actually work.  Even if I do fix your issue here (which I am getting close to doing despite the confusing and nonstandard setup you are forced to use), it is only a matter of time before you have another compilation or linking issue, whether with mlpack or another library.
