@zoq I was mistaken, I just checked the code and the weights are reinitialized in each fold so that part is fine. 

And the bug was a mistake of mine, I used logisticfunction so it was always predicting between 0-1 while iris had 3 labels. The error is fixed now after using identity function. The code gives results similar to the one obtained in the paper. Il be pushing the updated code soon.
